Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable, but if you give us more that 2 weeks notice, we can move your booking to another avaliable date.
Yes we have public liability insurance a copy is available on request.
Yes, we require a £50 damage deposit to secure your date when booking and this will be refunded after the party, when the equipment is collected in the same condition as when it was delievered for the event. Full balance is required two weeks prior to the event.
Our Soft Play is of commercial grade quality, meaning it is for indoor use only. The PVC material is not water or sun proof and can become a hot surface on a hot day just like a local park, due to this we prefer 95% indoor options for our soft play.
However this is not limited, if there is absolutely no rain forecasted (Not even 1mil) and no extreme heat above 27 degree day, then the soft play can be booked for outdoor use.
The hirer must agree to provide a Back Up plan B option: for a fully enclosed inside setup location at your desired venue, we will not accept an outdoor booking without a plan B option in place.
Face painting is not allowed under any circumstances, face painting even washable permanently stains our Soft Play. Also included is no glitters, poppers, textas, markers, slime etc to this item.
The soft play is to be used by 0 to 5 year old's only.
Please no food or drink to be consumed on the soft play and please make sure children are clean off food before using soft play as stains are costly. Also no shoes on the soft play. Unfortunately if these rules are not abided too, the security deposit will be lost.
Package price includes delivery of the equipment, set up, the hire itself and collection. Hire time includes the time to take to setup the equipment and time to take down.
